How it works

LiveRem’s platform works by connecting directly to your payroll or HR system, pulling through the data, aggregating and anonymising that data and presenting the insights in a meaningful way.

To get started, you simply need to:

  1. Sign up to LiveRem (there’s a free or paid subscription)

  2. Integrate your payroll or HR data

  3. Map your roles

  4. Join a Community

  5. Start accessing insights! (you don’t have to join a Community to access insights)

  1. What is a LiveRem Community, and how does it work?
    LiveRem Communities are closed groups of companies within specific groups (e.g., industry bodies or VC portfolios) that can compare real-time benchmarking. Members contribute data, which is anonymised and aggregated to allow meaningful comparisons and insights.

  2. How is data kept secure and private within a LiveRem Community?
    LiveRem takes data security seriously, ensuring all data is anonymised, aggregated, and protected with ISO27001 protocols (certification to be issued late November 2024). Only authorised users within each community have access to the community filters, maintaining strict confidentiality. There is no way to identify who is in the community if you are a community member.

  3. Who can join a LiveRem Community?
    Each community is tailored to a specific group of companies, such as industry bodies or investment portfolios. A Community has an admin who will accept, reject and manage community members. Community admins are assigned by LiveRem. Companies can apply to join or can cancel their membership of a Community at any time.

  4. Can I customise the reports and metrics I see in my community dashboard?
    Yes, LiveRem will soon offer customisable reporting options that allow you to filter and analyse data based on what’s most relevant to your organisation.     The data in LiveRem Communities is updated in real time, ensuring members always have access to the latest and most accurate information for decision-making.

    Companies interested in joining a LiveRem Community can look at what Communities are available in the Communities page (found in the menu of LiveRem). They can they apply to join a Community if they wish and the admin will decide whether to accept them into the Community.
